Who this is for. SlipUp™ Observatory is intended for adults. It is not designed as a product for children. Do not use the shared field if you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, unless a parent or guardian is involved where the law requires it.

By using SlipUp™ Observatory, you agree to use the service responsibly and not submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

User-generated content. When sharing is on, text you submit may appear in the shared observatory field alongside content from others. You may encounter material you dislike or find upsetting. We do not guarantee human review before content appears. We may use automated filters, rate limits, and moderation (including hiding or removing content from public view) to protect people and the service, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation: illegal material; credible threats; harassment or hate directed at protected groups; sharing another person’s private or confidential information without a right to do so; sexual or exploitative content involving minors; malware, fraud, or spam. We may record moderation actions internally where permitted by law.

Reports. To report abusive, illegal, or rights-affecting content in the shared field, contact security@slipup.io. For coordinated disclosure of security vulnerabilities, see security.txt.

Shared moments may be aggregated into observatory signals and regional views. The service may apply rate limits to protect availability.

Some features use third-party AI providers (including Groq). Automatically generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change over time, and are not a substitute for professional advice.

The observatory output is informational and reflective, not medical, legal, financial, or emergency guidance.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
